Application and Eligibility

How do I apply for a trade account? Please fill out this form and, if approved, someone from our Trouva Trade team will be in touch with you within 48 hours with your exclusive discount code.

Is there a minimum spend?

There is no minimum spend in order to use your discount, but the more you spend with us, the more discount % you’ll be eligible to receive.

Who is eligible for a Trade Account?

Applicants from all businesses worldwide are welcome to apply for our trade discount scheme. Wholesalers will not be accepted for a trade discount.

Are prices shown inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all prices shown on this website are inclusive of VAT.

Can I place an order for a larger quantity than is currently showing as available?

We’ll try and help you place these orders where possible. Keep in mind that we are a community of bricks-and-mortar independent boutiques, so for certain products there may be limited stock availability. Please contact us at support@trouva.com with the information below and we’ll talk with our suppliers and try and assist you in completing the order:

How can I ensure that I get my trade discount when ordering?

You’ll be issued a unique discount code after you have filled out our application form. Once you have the code, you will be able to use it on all your trade orders.

Can I order on a pro-forma basis?

At the moment we do not offer pro-forma ordering.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Once your order has been received, please contact support@trouva.com and we will coordinate VAT invoices from our boutique partners. Please note, that we are a marketplace for independent boutiques, so if you ordered products from multiple boutiques, you will receive VAT invoices for each boutique in the order.
