Between the UK and the EU
Orders sent between the UK and EU may incur additional taxes and courier fees. If applicable to your order, we will calculate these for you and add them at checkout. There will be no need to pay any additional fees on receipt, once you've paid for your order.
Between the UK or the EU and the Rest Of World
Orders sent from the UK or EU to the rest of world may incur local duties and taxes. Currently, we DO NOT handle these charges for you. Therefore, on receipt of your order, you will need to pay for these yourself, locally.Please contact your local customs office if you need further information before placing your order. If you refuse to pay the charges due on the parcel, it will be abandoned by your country's customs authority and you will not be refunded. If there are any outstanding charges (including, but not limited to: holding fees, entrance fees, abandonment fees) these may also be billed to your payment method also.
Are all products suitable for shipping to and use in my country?
Trouva works with the best independent boutiques. Unless otherwise stated, all items sold by a boutique in a certain country, including electronics and light fittings, are suitable for that country, for example, if you a buy a kettle from a UK boutique, your kettle will be suitable for use in the UK. All care will be taken to notify our international customers, but Trouva cannot be responsible for the return or adaptation of goods ordered to international markets that are not suitable for use in that market.

Where do my products ship from?
Your product(s) will be shipped to you directly from the individual boutique(s), therefore they will be sent from the country that the boutique is based in.
Please be aware that you are responsible for paying any customs and duties incurred in the delivery of your order.
How does Express Delivery in the UK work?
Trouva has made it possible for you, if you are based in the UK, to receive the products you love quicker from a select number of UK boutiques, by selecting the option of Express Delivery for a small fee. If Express Delivery is offered by your boutique, you will be given the option to select it at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 1-5 days, and is managed by our express delivery partner UPS. You will be notified when your order is collected from the boutique and also when the product has been delivered, who received the order and where it was left. You will also receive a tracking code via email to track your parcel through the delivery process. In addition to receiving your order sooner than standard delivery, you can also make adjustments to delivery date/time/place with UPS directly by downloading the UPS MyChoice app, or signing up through the link on your UPS tracking email. You can also access the tracking information via your Account.
Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?
We are unable to change your delivery address once your order is confirmed and ready to ship. However, if your item has not shipped we may be able to change the delivery address for you. Please contact email@example.com within 24hrs of placing your order and we will endeavour to update the address. You can access detailed tracking information via your Account.
