Please note your product(s) will be shipped to you directly by the individual boutique(s), therefore shipping times can vary and your order may arrive in multiple packages. However, the Trouva promise means that you'll only pay one simple delivery fee, no matter how many boutiques you buy from. Estimated shipping times can be found on the product page under the "Delivery" tab.

UK Delivery Options:

Shutl 1 hour Delivery Shutl logo Allocated 1 hour delivery slot £5. If eligible, option will be available at checkout*
Click & Collect Collection at the boutique itself FREE. Available for selected postcodes for orders from one boutique only

*Shutl 1 Hour Same-Day Delivery Details:

For just £5, your order can be delivered within an allocated 1 hour slot, today or tomorrow. If you are eligible at checkout you will be presented with same-day delivery as an option.

Please note that same-day delivery is only applicable for certain London postcodes and for orders from one boutique only.

International Shipping Options:

Europe (All EU/EEA countries plus Switzerland) 7-14 working days £12.99 per order
US & Australia 7-14 working days £12.99 per order
Hong Kong & Canada 7-14 working days £17.99 per order

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to countries not listed above.

Please note: Orders sent to non-EU countries may incur local duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, therefore these are not included in your order and will need to be paid locally upon receipt. Please contact your local customs office if you need further information before placing your order.

Trouva works with independent boutiques in the UK. Unless otherwise stated, all items, including electronics and light fittings sold are suitable for UK market (including voltages and fittings). All care will be taken to notify our international customers, but Trouva cannot be responsible for the return or adaptation of goods ordered to international markets that are not suitable for use.

Some products are not eligible for international shipping. If you have any doubts, our customer support team are more than happy to help - support@trouva.com

Returns

CHRISTMAS RETURNS

We will be extending our returns policy over the Christmas period. Any Christmas purchases can be returned until 12th January 2018. This extended returns policy is only valid on orders made from 10th November up until 18th December, the last UK order date.

Please follow these simple steps:

  1. Let us know that you wish to return a product by using our returns form within 14 days of delivery
  2. Send the item back to the shop within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return – we recommend sending your product recorded delivery just in case anything goes missing
  3. On receipt of the product, the boutique will let us know to refund the payment method that you paid with. Please note returns are at your own cost. However:
    a) If you are returning a faulty product, we will also refund the return postage costs
    b) If you are returning your entire order we will also refund any initial delivery charges (standard UK delivery orders only)

You will find the return address on the boutique page or your order confirmation email, along with contact details.

Please note: Unless faulty, we are unable to accept returns of perishable products, earrings (for hygiene reasons), plants, personal products sold with a hygiene seal where that seal has been broken, perfumes and toiletries, underwear, swimwear, products made to order, or any product that has been used, returned without packaging or in an unsaleable condition.

Customers outside of the UK: Please ensure you clearly mark 'returned goods- no commercial value' on the parcel, as failing to do so may result in your parcel incurring import charges or being returned to you.
