Stock Availability

I ordered something from you and have now been told it is out of stock

We’re so sorry to hear the product you’ve ordered is out of stock, and understand this must be disappointing. Trouva works with the best small, independent boutiques who stock a beautiful range of unique products. Working with small businesses means we can support the independents who give our High Streets their charm. However the nature of small business is that they don’t hold large amounts of stock and the best products do sell out fast. Our Support team and boutiques will try their best to find you something else that you will love.

Can you tell me when a product is coming back in stock?

If a product you love is out of stock you can make a request to be notified if it comes back into stock at a later date. Simply leave your email address in the form on the Product page and send the request.

However, we are unable to provide new stock updates with sizing specific queries, for example, in clothing. We are constantly working with our community of boutiques to improve the availability of unique and hard-to-find products.

I would like to place a large order, how can I do this?

If you would like to place an order for large quantities (more than 8-10) of a product please contact our Support team on support@trouva.com with your requirements and they will manage your order process from there. This will ensure that even if the products are not all in stock immediately, we can arrange for extra stock to be ordered to fulfil your requirements.
