On Tuesday evening a host of influential journalists, bloggers and brand experts descended on Holborn’s Hoxton Hotel in honour of our first press dinner: a Trouva Dinner Gathering.
Bringing together a range of creative, like-minded individuals, the dinner was a deliberately informal and relaxed affair. Large sharing platters of delicious seasonal dishes from Hubbard & Bell circulated, encouraging a buzz of conviviality, along with sparkling rosé champagne courtesy of Belaire which perfectly complemented the food.
The table was dressed in soft washed linen tablecloths, muted pastel pillar candles and brought to life by the most beautiful blooms arranged by our florist friends at Floom and Palais Flowers. Around the room a selection of Trouva products from our community of independent boutiques including printed cushions and stylish table lamps, adorned the cabinets, sofas and shelves.
At their seat each guest discovered a Trouva gift to treasure, artfully wrapped in brown paper and finished with a bow of twine. The gifts were chosen from selection that included graphic notebooks from Darkroom, plant pots from T&Shop, cosmetic bags from Cassius & Coco and Earl of East London scented candles from Our Daily Edit.
It was a perfect evening so thank you to all of our guests for coming. To get the Trouva table setting look, discover our edit of dinner table dressing essentials here.
We’ve selected a few of our favourite social posts about the gathering from some of our guests.
