In 2003, twins Antony and Richard Joseph joined creative forces to launch Joseph Joseph. To minimize staining, wash parts by hand immediately after use and allow to air dry. Do not soak lid. To maintain best condition, oil bamboo regularly with a food-safe mineral oil. Ensure lid is fully dry before storing.
