In 2003, twins Antony and Richard Joseph joined creative forces to launch Joseph Joseph. Not dishwasher safe. Knives - hand wash only and dry immediately. Block and sharpener - wipe clean with a damp cloth. Sharpener not suitable for ceramic or serrated blades. After sharpening, wash and dry blades before cutting food. Always place on a flat surface and grip handle firmly when using the sharpener
