Clear Chalk Paint® Wax by Annie Sloan is a the original way of protecting and sealing Chalk Paint, to give you a lot lasting finish. This clear wax brings out the colour of your paint, and will provide a matt sheen and a gorgeous patina to your furniture. Alternatively, leave overnight and then buff for a lovely high sheen. Clear Chalk Paint Wax can be used on everything from tables to kitchen cupboards. Once cured (approx 7-21 days), this wax will provide a long lasting finish. For the best finish, apply two thin coats of wax, allowing a day between coats. Wipe off excess as you go. For a distressed finish, sand back areas of the piece. Use a lint free cloth to apply the wax or grab a specially designed Wax Brush to make the job even easier. Just make sure you have some lint free cloths to wipe off the excess as you go.
