It's a very collaborative business and it is exciting for me to discover unique products from independent designers from far-flung places such as Iceland, Lebanon, and Japan; and showcasing them to new audiences here in the UK alongside some of the biggest, most iconic homewares brands in the world. I love the mix and the fun of discovery."

          PAD Lifestyle is a fashion and homeware boutique based in Edinburgh founded by Anna Atwal. Having always been interested in design and running her own business, Anna opened PAD Lifestyle in 2015, transforming a dilapidated newspaper shop into an inviting retail space. Anna’s ‘no rules’ attitude allows fluidity and flexibility - the team adapt and change their range to maintain interest and intrigue. It is this attitude which has led to PAD’s success which includes recently being nominated as Best Independent Retailer at the I-on Magazine Breakthrough Awards.
