Ceramic planter with pedestal, designed by Thélonious Goupil for Vitra. The column shapes of the different sizes of the Terracotta Pots serve as a pedestal for the plants they contain, elevating them and giving them a greater presence in the room. They are extraordinarily durable and water resistant.
The French industrial designer Thélonious Goupil conceived the Terracotta Pots in four sizes: XS, S, M and L The two smaller models are designed for use on tables or display surfaces, while the larger M and L versions are designed to be placed on the floor. Furthermore, the S version exists as a three-piece set that can be assembled in different combinations to achieve a varied plant arrangement.
