Vitra The Chair Collection Poster
Coat rack designed by Hella Jongerius for Vitra.
The coat dots are small and colorful wooden balls that are fixed to the wall and give a cheerful touch to kitchens and bathrooms, as well as entrances and wardrobes. They can be grouped in free combinations or in rows of three or more balls to create beautiful wall sculptures.
When necessary, coat dots can be used to hang things on them: each ball is mounted on an extendable aluminum pin that stretches and takes off slightly from the wall offering a useful hook from which coats, jackets or hangers can be hung. Thanks to their cheerful and bright colors, the coat dots pleasantly attract attention.
