This metal key ring represents the image of a smiling sun. The motif was created in 1966 by the mid-20th century American designer Alexander Girard, who used it for various purposes.
Architect and designer Alexander Girard was one of the leading figures in American design of the postwar period. Her passion for colors, patterns and textures found its greatest expression in textile design, which was an essential part of her work.
