How to use The Organic Alchemist Replenishing Night Cream.

It is always a good idea to use a body oil on slightly damp skin, that way, an extra layer of hydration is added. This dry oil is perfect for use straight after a bath or shower. A long soak in a lovely warm bath followed by this oil massaged into the skin will help to induce a good night's sleep.

The balancing blend of essential oils will gently be absorbed into the bloodstream over a 2-4 hour period, helping to keep you feeling grounded and positive.

If this oil is being used for hormone related issues, it is a good idea to massage 2 pumps daily in a clockwise direction around the tummy and lower back.

This product is suitable for those over the age of 13, but due to the strength of the essential oils in this blend, it is not suitable during pregnancy - although it’s great to use in labour.

About the maker.

Each handcrafted product by The Organic Alchemist is part of a journey which starts with Katherine’s idyllic Sussex countryside childhood. A love of nature and awareness of conscious living was encouraged by her holistically-minded mother, and Katherine’s lifelong fascination with the healing powers of plants began.

Embarking on a career as a massage therapist and reflexologist in 2005 allowed Katherine to witness first-hand the benefits of a whole-person, natural approach to health. Addressing the unique skin concerns of hundreds of clients over the years, she began an in-depth study into the science behind the ingredients in skincare products. While discovering that many mainstream and high-end beauty products contain cheap and often harmful ingredients wasn’t a surprise, it was the companies’ unethical approach - from commonplace animal testing to the use of palm oil – that led Katherine to found The Organic Alchemist. She knew there was another way: nourishing our skin while tending our shared earth.
