Scanpan Impact Tagine availaible in 28cm or 32cm. The tagine originates in North Africa where it is used for slow cooking stews at low temperatures. The coned top condenses moisture which drops back into the dish keeping the cooking food moist. Once cooking is complete the top is removed and the dish taken to the table for serving. 18/10 heavy duty stainless steel body – for maximum durability. The rim design allows for drip free pouring. Inside mirror polished. Handles are secured with rivets. Optimal 6,4 mm thick bonded sandwich base. For all energy sources – including induction.
