During the production cycle of our mills, certain pieces of wood with visible irregularities are eliminated. To make use of this wood, whose natural characteristics are preserved, a new type of texturing is achieved by blasting the body of the mill with ground nutshells. It gives the manual pepper mill a look and feel that is both unique and natural. The body of the Paris Nature mill, turned exclusively from PEFC™-certified wood, is then coated with an ecological protective varnish of vegetable origin made from linseed oil and carnauba wax to preserve the natural character of the wood and ensure maximum longevity.
