The T-Duo peeler of the Opinel brand. This economy is equipped with two movable steel mobile steel blades. The first blade, makes it easy to peel vegetables and in particular tomatoes, peppers and eggplant thanks to its microphone. The second blade cuts off fine vegetable strips to make your Juliennes. This 2 in 1 peeler with its wooden handle is suitable for right -handers and left -handers. The T-Duo economy exists in 3 colors: blue green green The blade: the stainless steel used is of European origin. It is a stainless steel hammer of hardness 55-57 HRC which offers great resistance to corrosion and very good mechanical performance. This blade has an excellent cutting edge and great resistance to abrasion. Stainless steel requires no particular maintenance. The handle: Made from beech wood from French farms. This light wood with colors ranging from yellow to rosé is very resistant. Then, a varnish is applied to protect the handle from humidity and dirt. This product cannot be sold to any person under the age of 18.
