Nudie Jeans Lean Dean Slim Fit Jeans (Lost Orange)
The bamboo used in this fabric is called bamboo linen, and is all natural, which means that it hasn’t been regenerated in a chemical process. Instead the bamboo is pulverised, then spun and mixed together with the organic cotton. Made with 17% bamboo. This selvage option is really light, but don’t let it fool you, it’s still sturdy and breaks in just like heavier denim. It has an unbleached weft like old, vintage denim. A mid-shade blue option with short crosshatch effects. The selvage ID is all white and the back pocket stitching is all green. There may be tiny strands of excess bamboo fiber left in the fabric, tickling your legs the first time you put these on. To get rid of that, simply turn the jeans inside out and brush them and give them a good shaking. This will cause the excess bamboo fiber to come out. Each piece is numbered and comes in a nifty cardboard box. This product is part of the Indigo Bloodline range.
Founded in 2001 by Marina Erixon, the Swedish denim brand is known for crafting time-defying jeans that look good and keep their shape, no matter what you put them through. Finishes are often artfully faded so they look like you’ve had and loved them forever. Contrast stitching, belt loops, five pockets, branded gold-toned hardware and the distinctive leather patch at back waistband are just a few of the details that make Nudie Jeans the cult brand they are today.
