Kantan Bag

This sturdy canvas bag is made from heavy gauge 16 oz canvas for the Japanese garden tool brand Niwaki. It is a sturdy bag with an internal lining to the base of the bag and one internal pocket.

There is a single handle that is riveted to the bag as well as forming a rib down the side of the bag. This simple handle can be used in two different ways it can be used as a regular handle or alternatively by pulling the length of the strap through the buckle it provides enough strap length for it to be slung cross-body over your back.

Of course you can use it in the garden as a repository for small garden hand tools but you could equally find an invaluable use for it as your go-to day-to-day bag for lugging shopping or just keeping necessities in. I pack lightly so I could also use it as a bag large enough to take away for a weekend - but if your weekends away include formal attire and seventeen changes of outfit then this might not be the case!
