Your drop will arrive in travel mode. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds. drop will send out two quick high-speed vibrations as a confirmation. When locked, it cannot be turned on accidentally. To unlock, hold the button again for 3 seconds.

Maude recommends plugging directly into a wall outlet with a USB adapter (versus plugging into a device's USB port, like a computer). The tip of the device needs to be fully inserted for the drop to charge.

It takes two hours for the drop to fully charge.

The light should fade in and out when your drop is charging and will shine brightly when complete.

When drop needs to be charged, its battery light will blink. Plug your charging cable into a USB wall adapter or power accessory. It’s easy: When the light is on and fades in and out, it’s charging. When the light shines brightly, drop is charged and it is ready to be used.

Lifespan & Warranty:
drop runs on a lithium-ion battery so there will be battery drainage over time. drop is meant to be used and charged as frequently as our phones and tablets. Maude recommends charging your drop after every use for optimal life span. Maude's devices have a one-year limited warranty that is activated via the included QR code.
