This ** Pimed handcrafted sauce with corn ** is the fruit of a collaboration between the fermentation workshop ** my fermentation and ** ** Matshi **, the spicy sauces made in Paris. A beautiful association between the pepper and the Kombucha of My Fermentation, this one having fermented long enough, it was used to replace the vinegar.
We obtain a hyper soft mixture with complex notes, slightly toasted and a natural sustained brought by corn. On the pepper side, we find the fruity yellow habanero, harvested in the south of France by Mathieu de la Pépinière bladder. But also touches of chipotle just to support the toasted taste of popcorn corn.
Its spice is present, but intermediate, it is suitable for beginners as well as followers, on a bavy tortilla or spaghetti aglio e olio!
