Each carafe presents on the base the Logo of the Stella Maison Balzac. Our glassware is blown by hand and, consequently, mild variations of shape, size and color can occur. These variations are part of the intrinsic charm of handmade products and should not be considered a defect. Any irregularities that may occur will never prevent the overall aesthetics of the product, nor hinder its ability to be used as expected. Composition and cure Although all Glasses Maison Balzac are dishwasher washable, we recommend hand wash with a soft bristle brush as it is a precious piece! Avoid using strong alkalis soaps, as it could damage the glass. Be careful not to hit glassware against hard surfaces or other containers during cleaning. Avoid putting ice directly in the empty glass; first add the liquid, then add ice if you want it and drink!
