L'ippocampo Ragazzi Book the brain
When it was created, in 1872, the Yellowstone park housed numerous animal species and an incredible variety of landscapes. In 1920, however, all the wolves of the park disappeared, killed by hunters and breeders. Without predators, the Wapiti took over, looting the vegetation and causing the impoverishment of the whole area. This book to Leporello is the story of how, starting from 1995, an immense and wild region is reborn thanks to the rewilding and the reintroduction of wolves. A poetic fairy tale on the importance of balance in every ecosystem and on the possible coexistence between human beings and wild nature. The back of Leporello describes the role of the various animal and vegetable species through special cards, to raise awareness of young readers to safeguard biodiversity.
