Les Guimards Glazed stoneware deep plate D 17cm/ Ivory
The Basic soap bottles are hand -turned in the Guimards workshops in Burgundy. They are in sandstone which gives them great robustness on a daily basis.
It measures 21cm high and 7.5cm in diameter (30cl).
The Les Guimards workshop, a family inheritance led by Nathalie and Christophe Hurtault, is located in Burgundy, a stone's throw from the village of Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye. The gray clay of Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye, recognized in the world of ceramics in France and in the world for generations, offers both plastic and physical qualities (resistance, waterproofing, good conservation of heat and cold ). In addition, enamels are created in their own workshop from raw materials respectful of humans and its environment. The Guimards are craftsmen of the art of France.
