Jim Green were after an option that can be worn with shorts for those casual Fridays and come the weekend worn with some chinos for your best friend’s wedding. They blended the standard upper of a chukka boot in with the low cut of a formal shoe and found the perfect balance between casual and smart. Their wide fitting lasts weren’t going to make the cut for that wedding you going to attend, so we added in the new standard D width last to give you that touch of fashion you after. This is all topped off with the Jim Green Oringo wedge sole which has quickly become a much sought after option.

Finally a footwear option where formal meets casual meets durability.

• 2.2 mm full grain single layer leather for added durability
• Steel shank between the insole board and sole offers extra support and stability
• Single lasted stitch down construction, can be easily resoled
• Double stitched assembly with 2.2 mm braided nylon cord
• Heel and Toe stiffeners between leather layer for added stability
• OR sole: genuine rubber wedge sole for best grip, comfort and speed on sandy areas, longer days on foot, speed hikes and urban areas
• Softer rubber compound (shore hardness 55-65) keeps the Ranger quiet when walking through the African bush
• ASHM Last = This is standard D width (for those with wide feet or wearing thick socks we suggest going a half size up from your normal Jim Green size)
