The M-65, which reigns as the ultimate field jacket, is a model that has evolved by repeatedly improving the previous models M-43 and M-51. .In the early 1960s, the U.S. Army planned to renew field clothing, and a new field jacket model, the M-65, was to be developed. The material is cotton satin lining (back satin), and its basic design follows the conventional model, but there are differences in the details. The collar is rounded and has a built-in hood inside. The cuffs have been changed from button-type to adjustable with Velcro tape, and folds have been added to protect the hands. A draw cord is passed through the waist for the purpose of fitting to the body and keeping warm. The M-65, which has become more functional in this way, will continue to be adopted. Material: Heavy Cotton Back Satin Lining: Warp-cotton/Weft-nylon
