- "Combat Tropical", a tropical field suit, had been adopted by the US Army in the Vietnam War area in the early 1960s, and it is known as "Jungle Fatigue Pants". The material is cotton poplin, expecting a place with high humidity and temperature. Although it is a relatively thin fabric that is also used for shirts, it has a high density and is supple and durable. And it is a material with excellent moisture absorption and quick drying. There are several types of Jungle Fatigue such as the early type, the middle type, and the late type, and this is a reproduction of the early type. The silhouette is a slightly sharper fit than the M-51. The button exposed from the flap of the side pocket is one of the ways to distinguish it from other age groups. Buzz Rickson's has reproduced the fine details perfectly, such as the front fly, the button for the waist adjustable tab, the drawcord of both cargo pockets for the tourniquet, and the hidden pocket inside the left cargo pocket, etc. Soldiers could choose the length according to their physique, but it could be adjusted finer by narrowing the hem with the drawcord at the hem.
