Tara Ashe founded Block Design in 2000, driven by her passion to combine her love for design with her engineering background. The range begun with a vase, but has since expanded to incorporate desk accessories, jewellery and further homeware items. Their UK-based studio is now home to a team of seven creatives, who take the brand’s colourful aesthetic and turn it into playful, everyday objects that marry function with form artfully.
