Upper composed of overlapping layers of faux leather and mesh underlays, elements that preserve the traditional design of the Gel Kayano 14 model. Iconic contrasting Asics bands on both sides. Lace-up closure on the front. Padded tongue with contrasting applied logo. Padded collar and reinforced heel with logoed insert on the back. Lining and comfortable Ortholite fabric insole. This shoe retains the Trusstic support system that improved the stability of running shoes in the late 2000s. Rubber outsole with Gel technology on the heel for maximum cushioning.
