Ouvert en 2002 par designer Bronwyn Lowenthalal, Lowie s'inspire de l'artisanat traditionnel, la réinterprétant à travers la lentille du design contemporain. La principale motivation de la boutique est de produire de beaux vêtements aussi éventuellement que possible, en utilisant uniquement les meilleurs matériaux organiques et recyclés. Le résultat est une collection éclectique de marchandises élégantes et durables qui a amassé un culte après le Royaume-Uni.

The Lowie Story

Founded by designer Bronwyn Lowenthal in 2002, Lowie is a sustainable womenswear label built from a love for traditional handicraft techniques, heritage elements, and an unwavering appreciation for the environment. From beginnings at London's Portobello and Spitalfields markets, nearly two decades later, Lowie has grown from a knitwear accessories brand to a vibrant womenswear label releasing thoughtfully made products throughout the year. We are a South London brand with our flagship store located in Herne Hill with the studio at the back. As we move forward, we hope to continue to provide women with sustainable and fashionable options, and to create high quality garments that are feminine, fun, and functional. We also hope to find ways to become more sustainable to create a better world for ourselves and for future generations.
