La famiglia di schede sanitarie è stata progettata pensando ai ristoranti comuni. Realizzato in legno duro in acero americano che è un materiale superiore per tagliare le assi, reggere i tagli di coltelli e resistere all'umidità. L'impugnatura in ottone è sia pratica che piacevole. Le tavole sono uno sfondo per servire cibo per ogni occasione o semplicemente per tagliare il cibo in cucina.
