Inaugurado en 2002 por el diseñador Bronwyn Lowenthal, Lowie se inspira en artesanías tradicionales, reinterpretándolas a través de la lente del diseño contemporáneo. La principal motivación detrás de la boutique es producir ropa hermosa de la manera más ética posible, utilizando solo los mejores materiales orgánicos y reciclados. El resultado es una colección ecléctica de mercados con estilo pero sostenible que ha acumulado un culto a través del Reino Unido.

The Lowie Story

Founded by designer Bronwyn Lowenthal in 2002, Lowie is a sustainable womenswear label built from a love for traditional handicraft techniques, heritage elements, and an unwavering appreciation for the environment. From beginnings at London's Portobello and Spitalfields markets, nearly two decades later, Lowie has grown from a knitwear accessories brand to a vibrant womenswear label releasing thoughtfully made products throughout the year. We are a South London brand with our flagship store located in Herne Hill with the studio at the back. As we move forward, we hope to continue to provide women with sustainable and fashionable options, and to create high quality garments that are feminine, fun, and functional. We also hope to find ways to become more sustainable to create a better world for ourselves and for future generations.
