If you wear European boots in EU 45, you need an EU 45 in Sandmann, However,if you compare to US boots like Red Wing, Wolverine, Truman etc. which usually turn out one size larger, when you wear in the previously mentioned brand's size US 11(=EU44), you will need to size 1 size up to US 12 (=45) in Sandmann´s Courthouse.
