This January, the team at Trouva are engaging in a month of discovery and exploration. We’ve got a jam-packed schedule that takes us all the way across Europe, visiting trade shows with new and existing boutiques to find the very best products for their stores.
We’ve been across the channel to Paris for Maison et Objet and up to Glasgow for Scotland’s Trade Fair, and now we’re moving back closer to home. We’re delighted to have partnered with premium London trade show Jacket Required for their January 2018 event. The show will be taking place on the 24th and 25th January at the Old Truman Brewery in the heart of Shoreditch.
Each year, Jacket Required invites buyers and members of the press to view a carefully curated selection of contemporary menswear and womenswear. The show is a meeting point for the tastemakers of the fashion world, making it the ideal place to preview anticipated trends for the year ahead. This year, menswear heavyweights will feature alongside newer fashion players from across the globe, presenting their latest clothing, footwear, and accessories ranges. Trouva boutiques 40 Colori, Couverture and the Garbstore, and Stighlorgan are all hosting their own stands, where they will be showcasing their in-house designs.
For Jacket Required founder Mark Batista, a partnership with Trouva was a natural fit. “Speaking with Trouva, it was immediately evident that we share many of the same qualities in terms of stores and labels that we work with,” he explains. “Jacket Required hosts 300 selected collections under one roof…and Trouva embrace this same model for the consumer.” There will be a dedicated Trouva lounge at the event, where buyers, brands and press will be able to speak to members of our Business Development team and hear more about how they can get involved with us. You can also visit Jacket Required’s blog to read more about the show.
We’ll also be appearing at several other shows before the end of the month. Find out dates and further information below.
