For the third year running, we’ve partnered with Trouva boutique ARTHOUSE Meath to shine a light on the inspiring work they do. A social enterprise, shop and studio, ARTHOUSE Meath works with adults living with complex epilepsy, learning and physical difficulties to create works of art which are them developed into products for sale. With over 70 artists on their roster, the team runs two workshops a day led by an instructor, where the artists are encouraged to experiment with different media and materials to create collaborative artworks. An in-house design team then develop the works of art into compositions which decorate a range of products including tablecloths, candles, gift sets and accessories which are sold in the shop, on Trouva and to their network of 320 stockists. For 24 hours only, buy from ARTHOUSE Meath and 100% of profits will go back to the charity.
With ambitions to open more shops and studios around the country, buying from ARTHOUSE Meath this Black Friday will help realise their inspiring vision of providing a platform of positive change for a group of people who are often marginalised by society. Buy better for a bright Black Friday and an even brighter future for ARTHOUSE Meath and its’ artists.
