Place a small bead of the soft plastic paste on the tip of the blow-pipe and then blow through the other end to start inflating it like a balloon. Once inflated the balloon will remain tacky, allowing it to be squeezed together with other magic paste balloons to make incredible 3D models. All balloons made with Glow in the Dark Magic Balloon Paste absorb light, meaning they glow a luminous green when placed in a dark room.
