TheDybdahl Co. No SQ102 Half Fish Print with Oak Frame
The words "koi" and "nishikigoi" come from the Japanese reading of Classical Chinese words "common carp" and "brocaded carp" respectively. In Japanese, "koi" is a homophone for another word that means "affection" or "love", so koi are symbols of love and friendship in Japan.
Printed with Japanese archival ink on a matte Hahnemühle paper in own workshop outside Copenhagen, Denmark.
The print will be delivered protectively packed in a cardboard tube. No frame is included.
