The classic dough contains the simplest authentic ingredients, rolled out by hand, then baked to a crispy, golden flatbread. These crispy, savoury mini flatbreads pair perfectly with cheese and antipasti. Ingredients WHEAT flour, Italian extra virgin olive oil, sea salt. May contain traces of sesame, almond, hazelnut and walnut. The flour in this flatbread is from a mill which also handles soya. Store away from heat and light.
