Each piece has been designed for a substantial feel and weight and has real presence on the table. All pieces in this collection are made from best quality 18/10 stainless steel, and are a slightly thinner gauge that gives each piece a lighter feel in the hand. We recommend washing your cutlery/flatware in the dishwasher:
Wash on a short hot cycle 65°-75°C (150°-167°F). Use quality branded all in one dishwasher tablets. Keep Rinse Aid topped up and Salt (for hard water areas). Avoid washing with non-stainless steel metals (this can cause rust staining - especially on knives). Ensure the dishwasher filters are cleaned and use a proprietary dishwasher cleaner regularly.
When washing your Cutlery/Flatware by hand:
Rinse cutlery/flatware to remove all traces of food as soon as possible after use. Wash in warm soapy water with a microfibre cloth or non abrasive brush. Try to avoid soaking your cutlery/flatware and always dry thoroughly immediately after washing. Always avoid scouring with pads or abrasive cleaners as this will scratch the surface.
