The Azahares (Orange Blossom) Print channels graphic and bold forms from Mexican pop art, and artist Berenice Hernandez's artistic heritage. The double ended orange blossom forms a flowing central motif, its soft tone off-setting the graphic composition. Set within a colourful border, the work is both bold yet calming, complete with the textures of the canvas and raw cotton fibre backdrop on which Hernandez paints.
