Each bottle is first blended with aventurine gemstones, as it is thought their energy can help heal the body and soothe mental irritability, before we muddle the complex melody of 100% natural essential oils.
The three hero notes within our Relax and Release are Marjoram, Nutmeg and Lavender. Marjoram is a relative of Oregano, it has a wonderfully calming and sedative effect on the mind and body. I love the way the warm, woody aroma blends with the tension releasing effects of Nutmeg, which layers beautifully with Lavender, an excellent harmonising oil, known for its wondrous ability to calm the nervous system.
