With a blend of Basil, Bergamot and Lavender - we have boosted it with Carnelian and Amethyst gemstones - known for their ability to help focus the mind and create a sense of calm.
The complex spicy aroma of Basil essential oil - both sweet and warm - is a wonder to work with, I love it for its ability to help stimulate the mind and improve mental clarity. Blending it with the delicious Bergamot was an obvious choice - one of my hero oils - I find the sweet citrus aroma of Bergamot wildly uplifting. It blends so well with the Lavender essential oil, giving the blend a deepling calming foundation. I would recommend using it in the morning and daylight hours, as the energising effects of the Basil help to boost alertness.
