The Global 35th Anniversary 15cm Utility Knife with flexible blade is based on Global's Classic GS-11 utility knife and features the Global 35th Anniversary logo on the blade. This is another very popular knife in the Global range. The medium-sized 11cm blade can be used as a general-purpose knife as well as for carving and thanks to its flexible blade it is particularly suitable for filleting small fish.

Made in Japan using Global's exclusive Cromova 18 high carbon stainless steel, the blade is sharpened to an acute 15° cutting edge ensuring that the blade stays sharper for longer.

The handle of the Global 35th Anniversary 15cm Utility Knife is hollow and filled with sand to provide the perfect balance.
