This specialist knife has cleverly designed and shaped teeth (chamfered on one side, flat on the other) to aid accurate and uniform slicing.

Made in Japan using Global's exclusive Cromova 18 high carbon stainless steel, the blade is sharpened to an acute 15° cutting edge ensuring that the blade stays sharper for longer.

The handle of the Global 35th Anniversary 22cm Bread Knife is hollow and filled with sand to provide the perfect balance. In addition to looking stunning, the smooth contours and seamless construction of the Global 35th Anniversary 22cm Bread Knife prevents dirt and food from building up on the surface, giving greater hygiene.
