These trays are described as barbecue trays by Garden Trading but I think the spare design is elegant beyond the confines of outside cooking and that they would look stylish in lots of clean-lined interiors. If I had a flat in the Barbican I would definitely have these trays.
They are made from stainless steel which is has square holes punched out of it.
Not dishwasher safe. Handwash with warm soapy water.
Also available as a smaller tray.
