A concentrate of design in a cutting board. The first thing that appeals is its shape inspired by a boat hull… behind this shape hides a concentrate of functionalities : a deep groove to facilitate cleaning and increase the recovery of juices. a slight inclination of the tray, one side without a groove to easily remove the minced vegetables, a straight edge to allow the board to stand upright, and a slight notch to facilitate the flow of water during drying. The cutting board is made of solid beech oiled with an organic oil suitable for food contact. Board respecting an eco-design process Board in solid oiled Beech. Available in several sizes.
