It shapes around your body, offers targeted pain relief and can be cooled down to reduce swelling. Wrap over your shoulders, hips or belly and use as a more flexible alternative to the traditional hot water bottle. Microwave: 1 - 3 minutes 600W, Oven: 10 - 15 minutes 100 - 125 °C and to use as cold pack, freeze for 1 to 3 hours. Sewn into 6 separate sections filled with pure wheat grains to ensure even weight.
