This natural bamboo bowl was entirely handmade in workshops in Vietnam, in a fair trade approach. Sober and elegant, objects in natural bamboo (not lacquered) are the lightest in the Bibol range. This bowl is guaranteed without solvent or volatile organic compound, making it a clean product. They can contain liquid or solid foods, hot (max.70 ° C) or cold and you can use them every day (do not be afraid, balsamic vinegar, beets, tomato sauce, strawberries, soups everything can do not worry about staining the bowl - the bowl will just skate slightly over time) The maintenance is done as the manufacture, by hand: wash the bowl in hot water with your soap, rinse and dry thoroughly.

After the harvest, the bamboo stays for several weeks in running water to get rid of its cellulose and become rot-proof. It is then dried, split into strips and then rolled into a board with a hole in the central part. The disk thus formed is applied to a mold and then adjusted to the hammer. The bottom is back in force and serves as a keystone to the whole. Before being planed, the object is soaked in a natural resin from the cashew tree. Each piece is unique and may have slight variations in color or shape.
