The Annings Sweet Orange & Rosemary shampoo bar has been handcrafted in Dorset’s Jurassic Coast. Essential oils are blended to create a herbaceous and citrusy scent, while the vitamin rich natural oils create a nourishing and conditioning lather. British seashells give texture for a beach-hair feel. This herbaceous and citrusy soap blends sweet orange and rosemary essential oils to create an earthy zest that will simultaneously warm and energize. SHAMPOO BAR Moisturizing avocado, olive and coconut oils combine to create a nutrient and antioxidant rich lather which conditions and protects your hair. British seashells — known for their natural antibacterial and purifying qualities — give texture for a beach-hair feel. It's a unique blend of natural ingredients that cleanse, hydrate and nourish from follicle to tip. For some people it can take a few washes to transition to shampoo bars, especially if you're used to synthetic mass-produced shampoos. This is because these shampoo bars don't strip your hair of their natural oils, but work with them. So your hair might feel slightly oily, dry or frizzy to start with. They contain NO ‘nasties’ such as artificial or synthetic ingredients, plastic, palm oil, parabens, triclosan, phthalates or sls. Every year millions of tonnes of seashells are discarded by the fishing industry. Rather than see these unloved seashells go to waste, Annings decided to upcycle them into an eco-friendly material that forms the basis of their soap. Annings collect seashells from sustainable British scallop fisheries and process them using a unique method — and an Annings secret — to harness their naturally restorative properties. This process helps to create a soap that is longer lasting, great for your skin and helps the environment!
