Il nostro bellissimo negozio si trova sulla cuspide dei Cotswolds, in una città georgiana chiamata Pershore, nel cuore del Worcestershire. Abbiamo aperto le porte del nostro negozio a tre piani a doppia facciata nell'ottobre 2014. Molti ci chiedono il significato del nome del nostro negozio: Persora, che è l'antico nome latino di Pershore. Ogni giorno, il nostro spazio di vendita al dettaglio è gestito da (per citare la nostra finestra!) "Il nostro bellissimo negozio è gestito da due sorelle, una mamma e un pop." Persora è un'affascinante e unica boutique per la casa, lo stile di vita e il regalo che offre marchi riconosciuti nel Regno Unito e internazionali con un focus sul design scandinavo, insieme a prodotti unici realizzati nel Regno Unito tra cui ceramica, vetro, tessuti e opere d'arte.

Siamo appassionati di sostenere la Great British High Street, che sta assistendo a una significativa rinascita. Ci concentriamo su prodotti che siano convenienti e adorabili, totalmente chic e assolutamente favolosi. Combinare il meravigliosamente ordinario con il non così ordinario per garantire che ci sia qualcosa per tutti. Inoltre, stiamo per lanciare la nostra pasticceria e caffetteria in negozio, quindi ora possiamo fare uno spuntino, bere caffè e bere un gin nel giardino esterno alla fine della giornata!

From Construction to Retail!

When people ask us our background and our story, they're often surprised that two sisters used to work in the construction industry, one as head of marketing and the other as a project manager. But when the business was sold, a wonderful opportunity came up in our home town - a freehold, three storey Georgian building - which looked horrendous but had immense potential. We weren't sure at the time whether this was a building project or a retail venture, but after hundreds of late nights, sweat and tears - Persora was born. Packed to the brim with Scandinavian inspired and designed products from leading makers including Bloomingville and House Doctor. Today, our 'mini department store' as it has come to be known by the locals, retails huge brands including those such as Katie Loxton, Mews, Estella Bartlett, Klippan and so many more to name just a few of our favourites. After lockdown, the first thing we're doing is launching our rand new in-store patisserie and coffeehouse where you can also enjoy a tipple or two from British artisan makers of gin, ale, rum and anything else that may tickle your pickles so to speak! Even better? We'll join you in enjoying it in our garden space with the sun shining and shopping bags packed full of gorgeous treats.
