This set includes both tea bags and balm by Lab Tonica. The beautiful packaging contains thought through and considerate ingredients. The unplugged sets are intended to help induce sleepiness and aid nodding off. The tea does this via a herbal infusion including passion flower and chamomile. The balm can be applied to pressure points to help achieve the same effect, the balm contains lavender, frankincense vetiver and bergamot and is made from beeswax and fractionated coconut oil.
