Add a half cup of white vinegar to the bath, use a pumice stone, or a soft brush on delicate parts, to work away the dry areas then use a good moisturizer. Twice a day is good but once a day or every two days will help but, remember, any signs of redness, itching, irritation etc then stop and do not use vinegar if you have open cuts or sores.
